Ezrun 9t Set Up Instructions

Can anyone scan me the basic set up instructions for the ezrun 35A ESC (9T motor).

Took mine to work yesterday to read at lunchtime, and no idea where they are now !

I'm sure i'll be asking for the more advanced ones for the program card later, so if someone could scan those too that would be great
