Could M05RA tyres fitnon Cup Racer rims?

I have searched everywhere but cannot find the answer. Do Tamiya M05RA Rally Block tyres fit onto HPI Cup Racer wheels?

The Cup Racer uses a slightly different sized wheel.

i got a set of HPI wheels on a kit last year that had HPI tyres stretched and glued on to them, they look quite cool and so far i haven't been able to seperate them. i tried boiling them tonight with no luck!

I did the stretching with some 60D radials onto Cup Racer wheels and while they work, you may have to stuff the tire with inserts to keep the tread from being lower in the centre of the tire. See this page for examples.

I'm going to have a go at fitting some Mini Rally Blocks to a set of Cup Racer wheels for my new project.
