The 21 hour charge times were painful!

Looks like a Hong Kong plug.

Adapters are easy to come by, or I could give you one, I have a few kicking around the house.

Or just do what I'll do and use an Aussie figure-8 lead.

One off an old stereo or something will fit.

That's a true point. I think I have an adaptor plug anayway as we host students from Japan/Korea.

I might just do an order of the Charger, PS, Lipos x 2 or 3 (haven't decided yet) and a digital balance metre.

get things ready for when I have afew cars on Lipos and in the mean time I can run the Durga more often

Went down to MP today with the Lunchie and Durga….. Had some fun but it was a good learning day of what I need and or need to do.

The big thing I need is new batteries as my Lipo and NiCad’s are gone. Lucky there was another guy having a run around and he lent me his spare Lipo so cheers mate.

I really found my Venom system in the Durga to be disappointing and look forward to me getting my 6.5T Xerun and the Venom system will go into the TL-01. Then just some time for me of running the DB01 and getting used to it so I can fine tune the car. The double slipper I think may also help.

Had an issue with the Durga after a stack over a jump not wanting to turn right. Got it home to look it over and it seems fine so not sure what is/was going on there.

With the lunch the BL motor I have in it also is just awful which I have felt for a while , but it was cheap when I got it. After today I have made my mind up and will be getting the "€œof its nut 6.5T Ezrun"€ for it. Also the 3rd party dampers I have it in just don’t work as they are too hard for it and are completely wrong so I will be ordering the Tamiya ones ASAP. The motor for this I feel may just get donated to the Falcon resto as I only plan to have a few cars on NiCad batteries and eventually will go to Lipo and Ezrun BL for all my cars.

In saying all this the track was a track of two halves. One side being no loose surface and the other just near uncontrollable not traction loose dirt.

But I had fun and look forward to some improvements and another run. Sorry no pics as my wife had to entertain the little one while I had fun.

It's always beneficial to have a shake down day like that to let you know exactly where you are with set-up and equipment, Like I said earlier, wish I was there.

Yeah it is. I am glad I went down there but it also means the TRF201 will be a while away from hitting the track as I need to at least have 2-3 cars that I am happy with so when we all head there it's fun.

Batteries and a good charger are now a must along with a few parts and BL systems. Just over $300 and I will be set to have the DB01, Lunchie and DT02 up and about

Sure would, I'm not sure if there is any, apparently the starts were recorded to check for jumps, but that is all. Haven't seen any of the footage though.

I put the tires on the now black wheels of the DT02 today. I have changed my mind on the colour it looks like it will be yellow now. Input from the wife she would like to see it yellow and I am in favour of it too, she said because the DB01 is orange go yellow.

Also because I am still think orange for the vintage Falcon (if it ever gets here) that would give me 3 orange cars…. Boring.

I have to wait a bit longer to get the TRF on the track as that needs some big $$ spent on it as I don't want to do it just to get it going and not be happy with it.

If I have the DB01,DT02 and Lunchie up and about I am happy with that for now.

Have to get a couple Futaba 2.4GHz systems and a few more BL systems so some big money there and a couple of good Futaba servos. once I get them a few swapping around or part to other cars and I will have the TRF and TL01 going.

that then leaves the Vintage Falcon and M03 Rally.
