I am sold that they will look good on it but I also need part number 53056

this is why

Awesome day guys, love that "mentalbox", I mean Lunchbox, certainly inspires me to "do a little bit" to mine

Maybe I need someone to make a decal for me with that on it <_<

Some good pics there Kryne76. :)

Excellent turnout today.

Might have to extend the rostrum!

Mother nature came through with the goods, and the track getting better with each run.

(Except the big hole in that left-hander <_< )

Thanks for the drive of the DT-02, Lunchy and XXX-SCT KalEl63. B)

All three cars were great to drive.

You might have sold me on the Losi! :P

No worries anytime it was good for me to just watch them go around.

Yeah a few rocks were taken out of that corner and from there on it just got really bad, in some pics that were pretty dodgy so i deleted them ya could really see the cars getting out of shape in that. But overall the track was amazing, the 2 jumps after the straight infront of the stand need some work though way to dusy, also definetly need a blower vac to start trying to get rid of the leaves building up. But really after today you can see the need for a proper 1/10th offroad raceing track/club, there was enough cars there to make a race in each class almost except 4x4 buggy and ST

I agree Kryne, the turnout was better than I expected there were a couple of ya's there when I left and when I came back it was goin off......! The track does need some TLC and some new oil and it'd do the job for sure...!!! (VOLUNTEER No 1 here to swing some shovels etc...!!!)

I have a couple 4WD buggy's and would race the kyosho's again for sure if it was happenin... (wish I had 1 there today given the 2WD's seemed to struggle a little bit on the dusty/dodgy corners etc... (or was that just my driving lol..!)

Nice to meet you all today and thanx to Kym for the tyres, ya made my super hotshot project well footed for racing... :)

I really wanted a lunchy race but I need to get a brushless apparently.... <_<

Lot of work to be done in the next 2 weeks I thinx....

Yes i certainly see a working bee coming up.. once we know whats going on with the sports club as some said today need to see what they say before we can go changing to much

We can't do much in the way of track repairs unless we have the appropriate permission.

But in saying that, there isn't really much that needs doing.

Filling in the pot-holes, cutting the frayed ends off the ropes, and a good oiling - we should be right.

Back hairpin needs some work as it gets to thin, also really need something around the outer edge to keep kids of the track, was waiting for that 1 girl standing on the marker to get hit by a car today

That section of the track could definately be widened, quite tight through there.

That girl was definately in the wrong spot!

Everyone was driving quite gingerly through that section while she was there.

I don't think we should be fencing the kids off, just let them know where they can safely stand.

They're very keen marshalls, and we can all benefit from having them there.

i meant mainly the back section to save ppl from wayward cars i almost got him in the foot by the 1/8th buggy when standing near back straight where alot of kids where at one stage, and 1 hit person would mean end of the track id say. by all means let them marshall but safety has to be looked at to

Just thought id add this in here, Just storage charged the 2 5000mah batts i used in the 1/8th truggy, now these are $20 turnigy batteries first time used to. At 60% charge they took 3200mah so at 100% should be over 5300mah and the cell gap was non existant. Absolutely love these batteries specially now they are roar approved.

I don't think you can go wrong with them.

Great value for money.

ROAR approval might impact on other battery brands, bring down the price maybe?

Quick question - Seeing I use my LiPo every fortnight, what is the best way to store them?

I charge them when I get home, then top them up the night before I use them again.

Should I storage charge them after a run, then top them up the night before use?

What is the maximum storage time, before a storage charge should be used?

Hmmm, that wasn't really a quick question... :)

Yeah storage charge is the way go, depending on how flat they are after a day of running, I find mine are about right after a day, but I dont run them down much.

Might build my boomer this weekend, should have some speedies arrive this week while I'm in Sydney. Should go alright, 23t RZ, 2.2 rubber, can't wait to hit the track with it

I think I'll storage charge from now on, just to be sure.

Boomer and TS at MP? :D

I think I really need to win lotto and get my other cars sorted so I can start on the Boomer.

Can't miss out on the fun! :P
