esc fan?

Hi guys

Wondering how difficult it is to fit a fan to my teu101bk esc.

Cant i run it on a seperate AA battery?

Any reccomendations?

You could wire one in to the main battery wires, or plug one in to the spare slot on the receiver. I don't think it is a common modification.

ok, its easier aswell. The trouble is that i dont want to be cutting the alloy to size, just want a simple fix. cheers

Do you use a thermal paste when applying a heatsink?

Associated makes a heatsink that fits the 101BK perfectly. It's even blue. Sticks on with thin double sided tape.

I use these and found them to work very well. Run a 19T motor on one of my 101BKs with it. You could always add a fan on top of it as well.
