TheBlueDragon 0 Posted March 15, 2011 Hi people, I've got all my radio gear fitted in my Ford F350 but I have no idea what to put for the settings on my transmitter as its all for helicopters and planes. If anyone could help me understnd what each one will mean on a car and what figures to use that would be great. Sub Trim % Travel Adjust % (each stick direction) SW-TYP % Throttle Curve (Normal) % Throttle Curve (Idle Up) (Normal) % Pitch Curve (Normal) % Pitch Curve (Idle Up) % Pitch Curve (Throttle Hold) % Throttle Hold On/Off % If that makes sence to anyone brilliant as its like a different language to me haha. Its a Twister RC 2.4GHZ 6ch transmitter

Its a Twister RC 2.4GHZ 6ch transmitter Subtrims - at default (0 on my DX6i - you can use them to make small adjustments to your steering servo to center it) Travel adjust - at default 0 SW-TYP % - shouldn't do anything its for setting gyros on helis Throttle Curve - set it linear (on my Dx6i 0 - 25 - 50 - 75 - 100) Pitch Curves - won't affect your car - leave them all linear. Throttle Hold - can be useful as your throttle stick won't have springs to bring it to 0 - if your car goes mental hit the hold. Leave the idle up switch off - it won't effect your car. Make sure you get your steering servo plugged into whatever chanel is usually for airlerons. That should do it
