There seems to be quite a few of these popping up on Ebay and at some reasonable prices to boot. How are these cars? I understand that they are rally, what does that mean? Offroad/Onroad?

I am hoping to be schooled in what rally means?

I have had a great time restoring mine...I have never seen a NIB 58040. Parts are interchangeable with the Frog, Brat, Blackfoots and Monster Beetles. I paid a pretty penny for my NIB original Lancia body. Check it out in my showroom.
