Reedy Sonic D Motor - age / spec ?

Got this fitted in a ebay purchase.

Hunting around the net i've managed to establish its probably from the early/mid 90's, its a 14 turn, probably a quad wind, and was a series of modified Reedy motors.

Can anyone verify the above, and possibly shed any light on whether its still rebuildable (amazon list a variety of brushes and springs) ?

Yep, its a 14 x 4 motor..
