New police car project need paint advice..

I am doing a project to make a Japanese police car from a Tamiya nissan rc

Can I use an Acrylic pot of black humbrol paint on a new transparent polycarbonate body?

I have PS-1 white for the rest of the body.

Acrylic paint normally flakes off lexan bodies as they don't flex in an accident. Fine for a shelfer as long as you don't move it or bend the body.
