Can anybody tell me what the part number is of the metal sleeve that the lower screw goes into that holds the front hub into the 'C' shaped part?

We normally call them "top hats" at the track, I think Tamiya call them a "flange tube" - but it definitely depends on which car you have if you want to work out the exact spare, they are not all the same.

Flange tube would sound like the thing I mean.

For the Dark Impact, Part MD3 is the Flange tube (from screw bag D), part number 51100 (#9400429 for screw bag D.)
