Had some spares and since I got tired of the brushless overlander, it took only a couple of hours to transform it to that:

Classic Wild Dagger setup with TL01 arms.

Where did you get the belly plate from in your third picture?

It is Juggernaut bumpers (4305423) cut and mounted on TD servo mounts.

Very easy to do.

That looks great. Like the wheel and tyre combo. Not a bad idea at all.

Thanks...

I consider it a cheap HILUX HIGH-LIFT substitute...

Maybe add asecond battery for a 10 hours playtime in the future...

Hi, I'm contemplating doing the same - how stable is it with the narrower stance?

It is not that much, but more than you expect.

I suggest you stay with the stock motors, anything faster will make it roll over because of the high center of gravity...

So just forget about high speeds...

And have in mind there is less suspension travel, so less off road capability.

The whole thing also depends on what wheels, tires and shocks you use, traction and diameter.

I like it.

Great looking stuff there. I purchased a Chevy K10 on a narrowed Dagger chassis a couple of years ago, which has never made it into my showroom- will try to get some pics done at the weekend.

This has almost tempted me to rebuild my alu dagger into another scaler since it's been for sale with no interest for such a long time...

I agree, stamatis' car made me want a car with this chassis. I did see yours for sale, but I had already closed the deal on Petrolhead's Dualhunter.

Just started doing the same thing with my Double Blaze(twin det. with different body). I know it won't have quite as good performance, but to me the scale appearance makes it more fun to drive.

Now, not much of updates, just feel like to a silly question.

I just can not deside which body.... :D

What do you think?

Thanks in advance.
