When I'm trying to let some one in to my SIG I get this message:

is currently locked to additions and amendments while we carry out system maintenance.

Browsing the site will still function as normal during this time.

Is it simply because I'm not a paying member at the moment? or is there something wrong?

If you're not a subscriber, you won't be able to make any changes to SIGs etc.

Not sure why the message says that though, as non-subscriber SIG applications should be diverted to admin anyway

Yes, but the SIG's still currently under your control for some reason - If you can send me a link to the SIG you're trying to add to, I'll get it done
