I need a motor pinion for the Hilux/Balzer. - 10(ten) tooth , not sure what pitch. Is this part avalable? I can get as low as a 12 tooth, slight mod to trans case, to make it work, but I'd rather the original gearing, not raise it, even just by 20%

I need two of them as well, I hope there is a pinion out there somewhere that will work. Everything that I have read says you need the original one because no one makes one that fits. I've searched ebay on and off for a few months but no luck.

I had a good look at the pinions on your link, they look a little short. No one else has replied, so I just guess that the proper pinions are not avalable. I have used the better of my two on a 55 turn motor, seems good, not much noise from the gears..

Hi,

look at this pinion:

I don't know for sure if it works, but it's a 11T 0,5m like the original Tamiya one.

thanks for that, but it wont work, the gear needs to be just teeth, no coller, as the end of the motor is very close to the spur gear, and the motor's shaft goes almost to the end of the spur gear housing, so the gear cannot be too long
