looking at buying re release sand scorcher ,can anyone tell me the ddifference in any between japanese and european versions?

One is for the Japanese market and the other is for the European market.

Sorry, I just couldn't help it. I didn't realize there were different versions, but I'd guess it is a price point based on whether there is an ESC included or not??? Just a wild guess based on nothing scientific whatsoever though, so take it with a grain (or the whole package) of salt.

Very curious to see if somebody has a real answer for you though, because it is an interesting question.

The manual will be in Japanese for use along with the box art, maybe?. The rest will likely be the same or maybe a T shirt or ESC is provided...not sure if for Japanese kit or rest of the world kit the extra goodies will be included. Is funny I was looking for one today at the LHS, didn't find any. The RR was still available in several shops.

The actual kit is exactly the same for the re-release.

The early Japan kits had a t-shirt included. The kits for other markets had the blue reusable shopping type bag that was kit box sized.

Japanese kits do not include an ESC.

right we have the said kit now and nearly built, having issues with the box where all the electrics go, prob is the battery wont fit! standered 6 cell , should it be a hump back type? can someone post a pic of there layout please ? :)

Yep, you need a hump pack, or a smaller pack. This chassis design pre-dates the now-standard stick-pack shape by a few years. You could try a NiMH pack from a 1/16 or 1/18 scale car (Traxxas mini Slash, RC18, etc) or get a LiPo/LiFe pack that fits. The foam brick that comes with the kit is pre-cut for Tamiya/A123 1100mah LiFe packs, or you can trim it to fit other small batteries. I use a Hobbico 2100mah LiFe receiver pack in mine; works great:

I have heard of old-style sub-C hump packs made from modern NiMH cells, but I don't know who makes them.

They aren't that hard to find on ebay or elsewhere.
