Vapextech 7.2 stick packs...?

Guys, regarding NiMh 7.2 stick packs....anyone using the Vapextech brand?...@ £25 each for a 5000mah seems mighty good value...but are they decent batterys?..& are they good for Tamiya gear etc.

I have several of their 3300 packs and have found them excellent. I don't race or anything - just run various cars with my kids. Always get good run times etc. I am pleased with them and free delivery too!!

Ive got two 5000mAh packs, great batteries with plenty of power delivery to cope with current hungry motors.

My 3300 Dyna fun's are holding out quite well...i use my trickle overnight charger....for fast charging these packs how many amps do you recommend ?

I charge mine at 1C, or 5A for the 5000mAh pack (3.3A for 3300mAh etc etc)

i have 2, 3700 and 4600, a couple of years old, but still function fine, and only for bashing, but plenty of power and cheap to go with it.

Also they are branded cells, better than some unknown brand from ebay!

oh, and i 1C as well.
