I love to run my garden, but I live next to a massive feild with a huge mound. Behind the mound there is a nice linear wooded area which is all ways fun. But sometimes I love running up and my road or on the tarmac path across the feild.

Local village hall has a football pitch with a gravel car park one end and a broken tarmac area (conveniently 30" lower than the grass area) the other. Plenty of tarmac outside the house (end of cul-de-sac, entrance to infants school) for evening/weekend bashing too.

Really need to find a dry dirt patch somewhere locally though.

Me & my RC buddies used to have a really good track locally, it was in & around a derelict barn.

The great thing about it was that the track was marked out by what was there so you could just turn up & drive.

Land owners came along one day in a bad mood & kicked us off, told us never to return.

I live in the country side but we are having problems finding anywhere to run the cars, plenty of large grass recreation areas but the local council dont cut the grass short enough to be able to run electric buggies.

My own purpose build 1:10 offroad RC buggy track. It has changed slightly since these photos with the addition of some jumps.

Other than that I have lots of places to run. Large concrete area infront of my workshop. Tennis courts accross the road. Large park beside the tennis courts (Baja 5B and Savage). Cricket field for flying the planes behind the tennis courts (pitch makes a great landing strip). Lots of 4x4 offroading fun. Just fill up the backpack with stick packs and go walk-about any direction out of town.

On a quiet Sunday afternoon the local copper will even use his radar gun to speed check my really fast cars at full noise up the main street of town, which tends to empty the pub onto the footpath as they spectate.

Only thing I'm missing is a nice sandy beach.

TA-Mark, you have a great looking set up there. I would love to have my own buggy track like that.

I forgot to mention I have my own lock up building that has a concrete floor, we set up drift tracks in there over the winter.

Top pics guys!!...looks like TA-mark has a little bit of heaven right there!..Wow, sun, peace & quiet & what a great circuit!!....i'm green with envy...love Aus & would be nice to live there. :)

I love model planes too... ;)

Warterbok's cats guarding the Tamiya racers!!...that's a great little course...we used to have a few BMX tracks over here...gosh, where they all gone!?....no-one love's the sport anymore over here.

Lol perfect...pub just round the corner, hey no drinking & racing!!

It would be nice for us all to organise some sort of meeting every month...to race a few circuits for fun...a track we need & lots of old skool Tamiya's!.

More pics please!!...

Brilliant pics and gorgeous tracks ! I run my kits at a dry creek bed 15 mins from town which is classed as town common so anyone can use it. I mainly get there early in the morning or on a week day to avoid the quad bike and want to be 4WD enthusiasts. Its very sandy so i have to pick the right spots to run the buggies on a firm surface but the Clod, Lunchbox or Beetle can be run anywhere over the 3 kilometer long area  Showroom pics were taken at the creek.

+2 on TA-MARK's setup, track looks great..

I race at organized meets (local tracks), but I occasionally use the street/yard in front of my house to have fun with my older models.
