Renewal issues at TamiyaClub.com

Hi you all guys.

My name is Cesar, from Spain, and my membership ended while I was out for summer holidays.

I receive a polite e-mail from Chris with all the info to renew my membership and a link to complete the process.

As soon as I arrived home I went forward to do this, but was impossible.

The link takes me to a page that request a previous log in to complete the process.

I can´t previously log in because my account is "frozen".

So I thought the administrator could have something to do about this and I sent the payment directly to Chris, and waited to get my account "defrozen".

No answers about my mails nor payment in the last 2 weeks.

I can´t log in to my personal page at the club but I can log in at the forum.

Can anybody help me?

Did you have the same issues when you renew your memberships?

Hope all this can be solved as soon as possible.

You are always able to login to TC, even when your subscription expires - you can't do much, but you can still login.

Don't forget though, that the login process uses your email address and password, whereas the forum uses your username and password.

With regard to the money you sent Chris, please PM me the email address used, your email address, the paypal transaction reference and the date you sent the payment and I'll let Chris know so he can refund it to you.

Please do not try to re-subscribe until you have received your refund though, just so everything is tidy!

For future reference, all subscriptions must be done via the site's subscription process, or via a third party that can do it for you (see link below) - sending money directly to Chris or any Tamiyaclub email address won't necessarily get you re-subscribed.

Any subscribed member can pay on behalf of someone else, via http://www.tamiyaclub.com/pfaf.asp

I realized that I forgot this, so I tried to log in with username instead of e-mail. I feel like a donkey.....

I should apologize about this mistake. I log in this morning and I can see the renewal page perfectly.
