Toyota Tundra Window Piece - Scratches

I'm looking to get a Tundra for Xmas but they seem to be very thin on the ground. Stella currently don't have them in stock so I mailed them to see if they were getting any more in. This is the response I got....

For this kit we've always had an issue with the tinted window piece.

The piece is bagged and placed under the bodyshell with other parts under this piece. With movement from shipping/delivery the tinted winddow can sustain some minor scratched which is considered normal.

One of our suppliers has this kit ins tock but they will not exchange the kit if the scratches are present.

Has anyone had this problem with their NIB Tundra? If so, how significant are the scratches?

True enough. It's not enough to put me off buying one anyway, just wondered if anyone else had encountered this issue.
