...part way through a Scorcher rebuild and now turning my attention to bodywork.

I have a Blitzer Beetle shell with missing nosecone, so i've ordered the Scorcher P parts to get a nose and the stinger exhaust. Nothing new there but..

I started to look at netting for the windows on ebay - stupid prices, so went to local hardware store and bought this 'baking sheet' for £1..

Enough for about 30 side windows and the plastic has a sort of rope twist to the mesh too !!

Whilst there had a look around the 'card making/craft' area and came up with a sticker sheet of metallic smiley faces for a further £1 (about 50 to the sheet)

Also some thin chrome effect adhesive stickers which ideal for chrome trim lines (time will tell) for another £1,similar to these..

Also picked up a roll of shiney aluminium tape which will do fine for headlight bowls, rather than Blitzer Beetle Q parts

I like your thinking , i was going to use plasters nylon scrim tape as netting but that looks better . What store was it from ?
