This is in my showroom http://www.tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.asp?cid=6793&id=677 But I want to share it with everyone [:I], and get your thoughts. I added a Kodak MC3 camera to my Hummer. Not listed as a HopUP yet. [:)] It takes videos. Check out http://home.rochester.rr.com/hosie/HummerCam.htm The current video is a 1.3MB MPG file. Which may be too big for many members. Any suggestions for improvements? This is just another way to have fun with these cars.[:D]

can't look at movies at the moment but it looks like a fun idea, It would be cool to watch in race movies with people crashing, overtaking etc. Is the 'modification' reversable?

Rich_87,

Yes the 'modification' is reversable. Just remove the camera and screw the cover plate back on. Last night I upgraded the motor in the Hummer to the Sports Tuned motor. It is now faster than the BMW!

That's really cool. Well done...! [^] Just today I produced a similar thing with a micro sized wireless camera attached to my KBF. The result is a 10MB WMV (sorry dialup users) that can be streamed from the following link or right click and save target as to save to your PC. The camera is 15mm x 15mm x 15mm in size and runs from a 9v PP3 battery. It sends a signal back to a receiver that was plugged into my computer's capture card...

Hi All,

I had the bright idea of facing the camera backwards and this is what you get: http://home.rochester.rr.com/hosie/HummerCam.mpg

It just over 3MB. I am driving the Hummer and my son the BMW, which has a sports tuned motor in it. So he is holding back on the throttle. Next video, the sports tuned motor goes in the hummer and I video two cars behind the hummer. Enjoy.

Hello Wireless,

what is the codec you used to make the video, I only hear the sound but see now picture (cause the system cannot download correct codec).

Any hints?
