Has anyone ever actually seen the optional END COVRR? I'm pretty sure that's what will be needed to bring the five Ur-Conrads together...

The Conrad End Covrr is to the 240826 what the Wagon R-RR was to Suzuki; the especially sporty version of an already "dyed in the wool" racing product.

I know right?  I can't believe the Legend of the Conrad has lived on so long. I just reread my 13 year old post. That being said, I'd love the find one.

It's working the legend is growing. Here is the deal guys. Beetlemeister posted a picture of a conrad motor http://www.tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.asp?cid=6597&id=565 and asked if anyone knew what it was. I started to kid him by telling him it was a Conrad 240826 electric motor. This was all information that coule be clearly seen on the label of the motor in the picture. More people started to joke about the mototr also. Miramar posted this topic joking about the legendary status of this motor. All in all about the perfomance of a Technituned motor. But with all th hoopla and kidding about this motor, it's destined to be a Tamiyaclub classic.

Crazy a 13 year old legend continues

I think any die hard TC member needs to own a Conrad motor now ;)

I have resigned myself to accepting the hard truth that finding one of these gems in the states is neigh impossible.  I will never own one.  :(

Love the bolts on the end bell - just shows the power that these things can consume... there can't be many motors where you use a ring spanner to attach the wires!

So now I know about the Conrad.

32000rpm, is that it?

It remind me of the Cobalt motors.

Am I about to get lynched?

No but maybe we will tie you to one of the 240826 and connect it to an 8 cell NiCd. <_<:D:D

:) nope, this one was not with extra brushes, so then it might have been another one you bid on?

I sold my soul to the devil to win this auction.

Think you must at least add a 1 and  0 0 0 before 32000 to get the correct rpm, for this bad ass

Wow! Some people don't get it.

When you crap in someone's back yard...............get ready to deal with the consequences.

I think it will be you moving on in the end.

If a post is out of your understanding because it is beyond your understanding.........just move on. It obviously wasn't meant for you to read!
