Alternative tyres for SRBs

Looking through the showroom there are numerous models with non Tamiya wheels n tyres.

I'm looking for any non Tamiya tyres that will fit either 1.5" SS or 1.7" RR wheels - sand thrower type rears and maybe some wide front tyres ?

Anyone got any suggestions ?

There are none in production now, but there are plenty of NIP on eBay, made by ProLine, Troll, You-G etc that have survived to now. Search by Sand Scorcher tire or Frog tire.... that brings them all up.

Thanks for the confirmation. Will keep an eye out for that rare set that might come up on eBay within Europe!

You could get some Proline Sand Paws for the rear, and Proline Mohawks, for the front and cut them so they can fit 1.7"/1.5" wheels and narrow them too.
