I just got new small bevel gears and bevel gears for my blackfoot. It goes great in reverse but it sounds like gears are grinding and barely moves when i go forward. Do I need a different gear?

I don't know if this has any thing to do with it but if i hold the truck and hit the thorttle the left tire stops spinning a couple seconds before the right tire. Is this normal?

Got ballbearings in there?

Your hexdrives might also need some servicing - clean, inspect & regrease.

Maybe you have the diff in backwards. I think you can do it wrong, and still get the gearbox to close and look OK. Check the online manual and make sure you have everything facing the proper direction.
