Excited for the Bruiser and the Porsche 956!

But the re-release of the Subaru R2SS seems rather unusual...

O.M.G. Looks like I'm going to be broke for another month. Valentines day will have to wait.

I'd wait for a pic to see what kind of "Bruiser" they are releasing before getting too excited...

58523 1/10 BUSH DEVIL II

Sounds like another WR-01 with wheelbase unmatching the bodyshell to me. Just like the Blackfoot Xtreme, Blackfoot III and Mud Blaster II. Nice bodyshell, however. Will they mold the chassis in blue with neon pink wheels, just like the original had?! :) And will we ever see a Monster Beetle II on the WR-01 chassis?! (I hope we won't)

Yes, I agree.

Desperately trying hard to not get too excited here but.....it's got to be the THE Bruiser. Hasn't it???

That 58500 thread may just have been 8 months too early. :)

At least we don't have a 6 week wait to find out the truth like we normally do with re-releases!

They certainly have kept this one quiet. Talk about dropping a bomb by stealth. :)

57830 1/10 XB NISSAN TITAN RACING

Neat! Looks like Tamiya is continuing to re-re models at an even greater rate than before. I guess this means it's working out for them financially speaking :) but SO happy to see some new models as well; From this list it's about a 50/50 ratio with Bush Devil II riding the line :)

Might the Nissan Titan 'Racing' indicate a new SC chassis has been added to the line-up?

And does anyone agree that Tamiya should have done the Dakar Winner Mini rather than the JCW coupe?

It it's really the original Bruiser beeing re-released as they did with the Hotshot rere in example, I am in for one for sure.

Mmmm how about the Bush Devil being released but stickers being changed (and maybe colours?) only?

This would be an ideal setup for re-re a monster beetle 2 using the bush devil's superior gearbox for the two chassis rule...........

BRUISER? WOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I suspect there are many speculative collectors bursting into flame for entirely different reasons. :)

Interesting they did not call it the "Bruiser II". Keeping the name the same should mean they keep the chassis the same.

For instance, the Holiday Buggy is called the "Holiday Buggy 2010". The Sand Rover is called the "Sand Rover 2011". The name change reflects on the use of the DT-02 chassis.

But, there is the "Stadium Blitzer 2010" which changed the name, but kept the chassis the same as the original. In this case, the addition of the "2010" to the name gives people a way to distinguish the original from the re-release, at least on the box.

Then there is the "Avante 2011" which is the same basic design as the original "Avante", but with some updated materials and parts.

What does it all mean? I don't know, but I'm excited to find out!

Toyota Bruiser

High Lift with Extra cab body... and bigger wheel/tyre set.

most likely

This is what I'm thinking, we will see soon.

If they have got any sense they will know that the sales of this type of effort would be poor compared to the real thing.

I'd be very surprised if they made a new chassis for the Nissan Titan racing...

They'll probably take the easy route and put it on a TA-02T or a CC-01... Mind you, a sorted, longer, and wider CC-01 would be cool...

having said that... It would be great if it comes on a new chassis!

speculation with a company is easy with Tamiya.

they will do what they always do, put it on a chassis they already make...

at least they have more chassis types than another RC maker...
