Ive decided to shelve the Top Force Evo. I’ve enjoyed driving it around the track but I can’t keep the rear gear box cover / Shock mount from cracking. I’ve tried screwing longer screws into the cover to no avail, and even added another screw between the factory two, and it still snapped before the lipo was out. It is a shame because it hooks up and turns with the best of them.

I think I am going to purchase a 502x, to me it is the modern equivalent of the EVO, shaft drive and all, I was thinking an Avante black but that might be too fragile too.

That's the best rear shock tower support I've seen. Well done Kontemax. That just might get the EVO back off the shelf and back on the track

If you break that you are probably doing something seriously wrong. Great mod Kontemax!
