Monster Beetle restauration - what should I do?

Hi !

I have an old Monster Beetle which I started to restroe about 6 years ago. Since then i haven't touched it.

Most of the parts are new (frame, wheels etc)

I still need:

new gearbox parts

new body (the mudguards broke)

2 wheels (and maybe rims)

Now I am not sure what to do.

I have seen that the Super Blackfoot's gearbox is much more durable than the original one and I ever wanted to have a Blackfoot cause I really liked the body.

Should I try to buy a Super Blackfoot and combine the new gearbox with my old Monster Beetle.

Or should I try to find a new Beetle Body and restore my Monster Beetle. g
