Yes, this looks totally awesome!

BUT... I believe it's simply a 1 speed gearbox/reduction unit. Not a 3 speed as you put in the title.

From the site:

This gear box is not like original 3-st speed.

But it is including 3 motor gears to change you want the ratio.

The approximately ratio description is as below.

This implies that 3 ratios are available, but only by changing out the pinion gear.

This is still very cool looking though, but I like the 3 speed option in my truck.

Might be totally awesome in a Unimog, or crawler frame scale truck, or the Mercedes 1850L delivery truck though!

That is nice,

Shame about it only being a reduction unit, with a bit of careful chopping, you could get the housing to sit on the back of the 3 speed, move the unit forward slightly and flip the motor over,

Indeed, that's one uber cool tranny set up! It's the first time I've seen anything as realistic as this on a scale tractor truck. Looks terrific.
