I work in my (currently very untidy) garage. I've got a nice stretch of workbench and a fair amount of shelf space for storage although this is getting filled rapidly

Mate that is one of the nicest so far, don't you find the models get covered with dust from the saws though?

Cheers mate .

The cars and what ever is on the workbench get covered ,most of my power tools are built on moveable tables (islands) and get moved outside when a dusty job is happening.

I built a mancave in my garage two years ago and super insulated it for the winter. The room is 7'x10' and has a 8'x4' L shaped bench. I only have 6 RC cars, 4 Tamiya's and 2 Axials, and this room can seem small to me. I wonder how so many of you keep such large collections in such small spaces, well done.

Some great set up's on here.

This is my new working area.

Our eldest son left home so I converted the vacant bedroom into my working area. At the same time my wife wanted to update the living room furniture so I took all the older cabinets with glass shelves and a entertainment unit. I have almost enough storage but my cars are stored in our garage on shelves which I posted on another thread. I have a air compressor out in our patio to blow clean my cars first before going into my working room. Out in our garden shed are storage containers for all my bits & pieces. A work bench with a drill press , vice and bench grinder.

I was going to get a shed built like others here but this has turned out better for us. Bonus is that i get the ducted air/heating as it's in our house. Down side is my wife won't let me stick posters up as it ruins the walls and this is a bedroom and all my rc is spread over 3 areas.
