Help...Brushless Blackfoot extreme needs stronger axles

Hi All,

I have a Blackfoot Extreme with a BL setup in it and it has held up well for a while but recently broke a axle in two. My question is is there a heavy duty axle that everybody is using in the BFE,WD,TD ect? I have read some post in the forums but couldn't find part numbers except for one... so far I have looked into Ho Bao axles (unsure what model to look for) and the Kyosho 1245-073 axles.

With that said what can you guys recommend? Thanks in advance.

I've run 3racing Blackfoot Extreme CVD'S on brushless without any problems ( E BAY ). You will need a set of touring car hard cups also . If you want to stick with dogbones try CR-O1 hard shafts .

Thanks for that bit of info, are there any longer shafts you could recommend also? maybe 73mm? I have 4" dampers so the extra length would help. BTW how would CR-01 shafts work.... dont they have solid axle?
