Reckon Stella will be $165-169, then add $40 for shipping

etamiya.com listed the price as USD169.00 on June 29 besides that they had a "7% discount promo" ...and on July 3 suddenly the price shot up to USD200.00 and the promo was gone too!! .....wonder why?

Stella's sold out of the 1st batch already...

I think my price here in the states at the shop I usually go to will still be about $180. This still translates to cheaper than I'd pay from Stella by a hair and that's with taxes.

Although, I just checked my email and saw that Stella has written to tell me that he set aside one for me. What great customer service!

What are peoples experiences of getting caught for customs charges coming from Stella to the UK? I usually get stung less when ordering from the far east and almost always get hit when coming from the USA. I guess if it's £40-£50 cheaper it'll still work out to my advantage even if I do get caught. Just waiting for the restock.

I didn't have any charges with my Bruiser - Stella marked it as somethign silly like $26 value ! I'm not sure it would fool customs givent he weight of the box, but it worked for me and a few others here.

You could always email & express interest that if any of the 30 on hold dont get purchased you would be interested.I can confirm theres definately one you cant have though (mine)!

Anyone know if the pinion options on this are the same as the FAV - 15T or 18T only?

Fair enough - Ive only bought smaller things from them, tyres & parts mainly & found them really good; though yeah postage is usually a few bucks more once the 'bank fee' is added.
