Excellent video !

Time permitting I hope to be up and running by next weekend my replacement esc is awaiting pickup at the post office.

Nice to see one running and jumping with no problems :)

Great video. Poor camera took a beating from the rock showers.

I love my GoPro. That camera gets beat up and I never worry because of the housing. Backtomyroots, it has been a great buggy. I have broken one piece (prior to shooting this video), the passenger side cage where the wing mounts, but after inspection, it was a manufacturing defect. I could see the air bubble pocket there which made it weak and hollow. The new cage side has been through lots of abuse and no issues. My only recommendation with the kit is to clean all your wheel/knuckle bearings after every adventure. I have killed 3 bearings already but it was from running on a track that is more sand than anything.

Folks, if you have a moment, I'd love some feedback on the two videos posted here. I'm really enjoying making videos and I want to get better (happens naturally I think as you make more). Please let me know what parts/shots you liked and didn't like in the two videos. I don't mind criticism, just don't flame me lol. I'm planning on shooting another in a few days (not the EXO) so it'll help me figure out what kind of shots to shoot. PS, it'll either be my drifter or the Super Hotshot. Please feel free to voice your choice in the comments. Thanks!

The 2ed one is a vast improvement over the first one . Its well shot , well edited and the music suits it very well . In fact its as good as some pro efforts i've seen on promos . The only thing i'd maybe try is some low angle shots from the cam mounted on a chase car - they always look cool . Great Work Fella .

Thanks for the comments. I do have a chase car (my XXX-SCB which has a permanent GoPro mount on it) but it was down for repairs. It was also the first time a friend came out to help me film. I had a lot of ideas for shots, but he didn't want to drive it, so all the filming landed in his lap lol. I was giving him the best directions I could but again, these things get better with practice. I have made a couple special mounts for the GoPro out of PVC and I have other ideas too. Stay tuned!
