Isn't it great that replies don't 'automatically' contain a quote of the previous post though :-)

Never had that problem with the old forum. If you did get it, then you clicked the reply button in the previous post and not the reply button at the end of the thread.

I hadn't tried the post button at the bottom yet. This is the test....and it didn't work. Had to do the same as you.I'm on IE9 and IE8This was posted on 3 lines too, but makes one long paragraph

Works ok for me in firefox on the mac.

Sure it was working last night - I must have messed it up.

I'm on the case with IPB support, for now people have to use either of the other buttons (the one at the top or the 'more post options'

I've not seen the smiley bar at all except for that IE7 post, all last night it wasn't there for me.

All other forums I can think of it's there, just not this one, so not a Win/FF issue

And Mark's right, unless you add paragraph markers (< p> etc.) to edits, it doesn't see paragraphs in the editig screen

When editing anyone else's posts, I can see all the HTML codes for paragraphs, line breaks and apostrophes etc - which I'm assuming they never typed in - yours Chris, for instance, shows < br> line break code etc.

There is an option in the bottom left of every page now "Mark Community Read" There might be another way of doing it but thats what I've been using.

Looks like a wannabe Facebook. :( I thought the page was down when it actually wasn't. Doesn't even resemble a forum at all. lol

I was able to change my avatar, but can only reply to threads when in IE9 by clicking more reply options, POST does not work

Same story on myiPad too.

Woo Hoo - just the 'post' box and button just worked for me. It appears it an issue with cached files, left over in your browser cache from the old system. I'm looking at a way to force it to reload them but in the meantime just clean your cache of any content from this site and you should be good to go.

Ah yeah, got the smilies too :( - FF12.0 working OK here

Perhaps you should change the Tamiyaclub banner to - Tamiyaclub, please delete your cookies

Pictures don't appear to be re-sizing to fit forum width. (Also post not working, have to go through more reply options) Did reset cache...

See this post of mine

Cheers on all the work!

Big pictures are part of the same issue that causes old 'quotes' not to be displayed correctly. There is a process running to correct both issues but it has to process nearly half a million posts so its going to take a while. New posts should be fine.
