Clod racing at TC meeting in August?

Just wondering if there is enough interest for some side by side racing at the big TC meet?

I know the Clod/Jugg-based trucks aren't what people will think of straight away to take to a meeting, but i think some side by side racing would be a nice addition. Keep it to stock motors so it's about driving and not speed?

Any ideas or willing participants?

Hey Joe, no doubt Chris will have a Monster truck race planned and if we ask nice enough maybe we can have clod/jugg class. I would take part but I only got a mod clod (although has stock motors)

Biggus, mod Clod with standard cans would be fine, Just think of it as the early race trucks still competing against the heavy leaf spring trucks of the day ;-)

If we could get say 20 old lexan shells together, 2x rows of 5 in each lane,

Attach them to pieces of wood so they're not gonna fly about as soon as a truck hits them. Maybe a 'hill' just after the start line to mimic the old stadium races?
