F103 and F104 wheels interchangable?

I'm looking at some F104 wheels to use on a different chassis that uses F103 type wheels. I know their both 14mm hex but can you swap them from 103 to 104? Any help would be great

Are you looking at just the rims or the entire wheels - tires and all?

Tire width would be a obviously be a large factor if the former since F104 wheels are narrower, but other than that I do not see why not... I think Chevron Models even suggested using an F103 chassis with F104 wheels to fit one of their body-shells; they called it an 'F103.5.'

That's really good to hear. I want rubber tires and wheels for my group C chassis but they're only available for the F104. the fronts stayed the same width from everything I've found but the rears are 5mm narrower. Since you can't see the rears on this car it's all good. Thanks
