finally made decision - avante it is!

Hi All

After weeks and months of dithering I have finally gone for the 2011 Avante. I was very close to going for a scale project in the shape of the the hilux or TF2 but decided I would first have a go at something that would pay homage to my buggy racing days of the 80's and 90's!

Ordered from Far East and hope to have it by the end of next week, the build will be stock and being as close as possible to box art.

Good luck, you'll really enjoy the build, i know i did, though, i dare you to challenge yourself to run it, as its something, i just cant do now its built.

Great and very involving build in a technical sense, little scope for individuality bar the colour scheme. Save the custom work for the scaler at a later date !

Are there many places with Avante kits available? I e-mailed Stella about getting a kit but they didn't have any left.

Will they be making any more? Is it a case with the re-releases that they're for a limited time only?

I got mine from ebay trader rc-sausage dog. I've used them before and they are very reliable, I highly recommend them!
