No more TC photo competitions?

I don't know if you guys noticed this, but what happened with the TC picture competitions? I noticed there hasn't been not even one this year and 2012 is almost over.

I checked the number of competitions the last years and noticed the declining numbers from 2008 until now. Have a look at the numbers below.

Are we going to have any more photo competitions in the club?

2011: two

2010: three

2009: five

2008: five

2007: three

2006: four

2005: three

2004: two

2003: four

I would hope there are more, having just subscribed!

They do look like they could be challenging to run, though. I do not know for sure, having not attended the event, but maybe the logistics for the big Nottingham meeting occupied the time needed to set up a photo competition, or nobody really seems that interested.

Like you, I hope to re-join before the next one so I can get another shot. Thing is so far there hasn't been any announces for a future one.
