Hey guys,

I getting back into all the vintage stuff now, like the old hop ups and rallycross shells. Anyone remember back in the 80s the MRP (?) lexan radio box for the SRB chassis? I remember an ad in the trade room with one on a chassis but for the life of me I can't find it. Does anyone have any info or pics at all?

Many Thanks,

Will

P.S. I'm on about the VINTAGE lexan radio boxes not the Kamtec ones!

I'm building an SRB chassis that is almost (no radio box) identical to that one. I never knew who produced the rear cage. Thanks for the link!

Good luch finding the radio box! I've never seen one but it looks like a cool piece.

Kamtec does produce them in lexan, ABS, and ABS with a carbon pattern. Not the rare MRP part, but probably close in look and function.

Thats the only MRP box I've seen/found! I was hoping to get one and make a mould. I've got a SRB on the way with nylon arms. I'm starting to build a hopped up SRB, I've got the blueprints of the CRP Butterfly chassis so I'm going to make one, I may also get some Kydex and replicate the CRP front bumper and skid plate.
