I have a old F189 and here's my prolbem the servo mount is flat and f103 newer model the servo is mounted on it side. The body I just purchased is Ferrari 643 Body Set. (9338108). I dont want to completely cut the side of the body to make it fit. Any suggestions.

Your f101 is not going to be compatable with the later f103 for the reason you mentioned, (servo) however the f102 and road wizard bodies will work and there are a number of aftermarket bodies for those chassis types out there. Or open up the body for the servo, but I don't care for that look either.

Did not realise you wanted to put another F1 shell on it because of my own predisposition.

Drilling some extra holes in the chassis and using an F103 servo stay could turn the servo sideways.

If you don't mind doing that to a vintage chassis of course...
