Quick kit review;

Just bought these AA Battery cases off eBay

Saves having loose AAs rattling around in the toolbox and they interlock too!

Lid is dead easy to open, even with batteries in, but secure enough to drop from shoulder height onto concrete without opening

Perfect for spare transmitter batteries

£1.70 for 2 on eBay

For long term storage I bought Duracell Duralock Alkalines which comes in these prepacked storage boxes.

Errr... I just leave mine in the blister pack until I need them

I leave mine in the shop as long as possible, but the local supermarket does such good deals on 12-packs they're hard to pass up - and seeing as my TX only takes 4 batteries so the other 8 usually end up rattling around in a 12 cell cardboard box which, in a toolbox, doesn't tend to last as long as the batteries it holds

:lol: There's not much logic to their pricing;

2 x green £1.69 (thru ebay or Percymon's link)

2 x blue £2.99 (thru ebay or Percymon's link)

5 x clear or purple £2.49 (thru Percymon's link)

I'm gonna order me some purple too!

There's no mouldings to stop AAAs moving but they will fit.

This case can also be used to hold 4 AAA batteries, but they do move from side to side, still better than a pocket though ?!
