Not too worried about condition provide no cracks - they will be going on a runner, so will get the inevitable marks !

Let me know what you have

Thanks

Thanks pizzachaude - there are several on eBay and lots of tamiya suppliers have them, but would rather not pay £12 for a bumper, or £15 with the rest of the B parts.

I was hoping a TC member might just have an old one lying around from a restoration, or just a used spare ?

Please look deep into your spares boxes folks

I have a used one, but the postage costs from Canada to your place would be expensive. How come the Boomerang parts are so hard to find and expensive if it's been re-released?

It was re-released but can you find a new re-re kit for sale at a retailer ? - pretty much out of circulation.

Parts supply isn't too bad, but prices vary a lot and the bumpers / gearcases seem to be a bit of a premium price to my eyes.

There's too many people with runners hoarding spares too (friendly poke at matman who seems to have a fortnightly supply of boomer bits ;) )

Have ordered the battery plate (D parts) now - i perhaps should bite the bullet on the bumper sprue too, but i will hold off that one for a week or so to see what comes up. I might even go with the alloy radshape one since its virtually the same price as the plastic one.

Mate , I wish i could get some D parts trees .

Thats the one that has got away from me .

But just remember they have a hole in the bottom .

That's the difference .

Just under the steering servo horn .

Hmmm OK - I need to understand this more - the D parts are the battery retainer and body posts.

B parts are the bumper - I can see a possible difference in the rear of the bumper ??

You are after the front bumper ?.

B parts are the front bumper & the rear bumper/ triangle drive parts & the front shock holder .

Pic's of the old bumper ( left & damaged ) & the new ( right )

Sorry can't help.

Boomerang parts are getting up there in prices. I feel it was a small run as a Re re and lots of the Boomers parts are needed for other resto projects.

Common parts are for the

Big Wig............ Whole rear end

Sabre.............. Nearly the whole car minus body

Hot Shot 2......... Most of the rear end & most of the front end components

So you can see the Boomer very much a good donor ..

Sorry wish I can help but im in the same boat.
