What other rims take the original top fore tires?

Almost any modern 2.2" rim with hex drive will fit those tyres.

It's a standard hex drive too.

As the Top Force spire spike tyres are 2.16", they really do ony fit on the two different styles of Tamiya 2.16" wheel. Tamiya Star Dish or Tamiya Astral Dish are the only wheels these fit properly onto. This is also true for the similar dimension square spike tyres.

It is possible to stretch these 2.16" tyres over 2.2" wheels. The medium width fronts aren't too bad, but it does nasty things to the wide rear tyres. Not to mention the finger blisters you will get trying putting them on. They are a tight fit on the 2.16" wheels.
