Yes, it ripped the arm clean off the case, it looks melted because I did try to glue it, it held for a while, but hit a jump and it broke again.

Will try and look for a clearer pic. May even sell this chassis for spares? so I can get the parts I need for my DT-02.

Another angle,...

Yes I know they are cheap enough, but I broke my DT-02 two, no three times since going brushless,(it only lasted one and a half packs this time and that was on 2s) the mrs is fed up with me breaking them all the time.

Maybe I should sell the castle system and chuck the 3s lipo in the bin, lol

The blitzer is up and running again, had a couple of runs today without breaking anything, the blitzer is pretty tough.

3s in this chassis is nuts, wheelies at anything past half throttle but thats the fun of it :D

Many thanks to Percymon.

It's great fun Gruntfuggly, I have the 9T ezrun in it just now, 2s is good with plenty wheelies and no problem hitting full throttle, but 3s is insane.

Backflips, doughnuts on the spot and wheelies at anything past half throttle, a better driver could probably control it, but it's gonna take me a bit more practise. lol

Yeah 3s may perhaps be excessive lol. I can break my mad bull on silver cans so 3s brushless must be expensive lol

How do you break a Madbull on a silver can?, those things are tough.

...Many thanks to Percymon.

Glad to help Mike - never good to see fellow TC'ers out of action

Just don't get any ideas about building a ''sensible 2S'' one from spares now

I gotta admit, I like the extreme power of 3s, it does make me smile, I was thinking about giving up on the blitzer and looking (purely window shopping) for a tougher chassis but I haven't found anything yet.

I did say earlier, but I think I just need to improve my driving, and stop hitting things.

:D or find a bigger space!

Took your advice today Gruntfuggly and went to the park, one full power, not even full power blast and I flipped it and broke the rear shock tower that Percymon had kindly donated. So I swapped back to the old one that was all ready held together with glue.

And promptly flipped it on the tarmac and broke that as well, I must also add that I do have weight (I think its about 28grams each side) on the front suspension arms but it makes no difference.

I had a mad idea, I had a spare rear mount for thje dt-02 that came on the parts tree when I bought a replacement front mount,

The two bits that were removed were glued onto the old tower and maybe re-used,

This fits the blitzer quite well, only had to drill 4 holes, and it's done, also have the option of drilling two more inside the chassis tub to fix it in there as well.

The only problem is the shocks are too short now, so busy working on a solution to that now. will report back later,

Just a idea i did on my own brushless Blitzer . Take one Buggy champ front bumper . Trim it to clear the lower arms and mount to the existing rear skid / gearbox under guard fixing holes . I also braced mine using the rear most gearbox through hole and a simple bracket . The bumper now acts as a anti flip bar / skid . Works really well or dirt or grass but i dare say a bit of thin alloy bolted on to protect it from tarmac rash would do the job too .

Ok, this isn't pretty but it will get me going again until I can save up for a parts tree,

I am going to use a 2s to try it out, every time I use the 3s something breaks.

Errrrrrrm, one thing I overlooked, I cant get to the battery strap, unless I cut off the lower part of the shock tower and then I wont be able to bolt it to the chassis but it seems soild enough with just the 4 screws.

Thats fine for the 3s because I only need to unclip the front, but was going to put the 2s in when I realised my mistake. :D
