Use Airfix model glue, Tamiya Cement, Testors etc etc... anything that's used for 1/24 static ABS models works. There are thin ones for good-fitting joins, or thicker ones if you have to fill a small gap.(They all smell like acetone.)

Either way, you're gonna be sanding & puttying it up before painting anyway so the join will be covered up.

You may want to also have a piece of plasticard underneth the crack. Put on the inside of course and that way you have a reinforcement to firm up the repair. Trust me this work, I used it on a SS several places. Willy's right on the sanding, and I would even suggest getting some body filler and apply it along the repair. I use PPG or Blue Acryl with great results. The stuff isn't that grainy and it easy to sand out. Sand it out prime or get some stuff called Mr. Surfacer 1000. Its made by Gunze. This will hide any blemishes that may show up after painting.
