I bought a small number of models and with them came a couple of boxes of bits.

These parts in the photos came off a home made TXT style build.

I don't have any use for it and I would like to find out what the parts are from please!?

The front and back suspension and steering set up look to be the same with duffs front and back as well.

I've looked at my Clod and there is nothing similar on that and all the fitting look more modern.

I would appreciate your help on this one.

Many thanks

hi, i could be wrong but they dont look to be Tamiya , the pivot ball front hubs look a lot like thunder tiger items , suspension arms too look like older thunder tiger items , dont take this as gospel though as its all off the top of my head , the diffs look a bit like an old kyosho 4wd buggy or even a traxxas , the drive shafts defo appear to be traxxas items , perhaps it was a frankenmonster diy car ?

Top photo look like Traxxas Emaxx suspension arms but modified like the steering links and where servo is mounted (would normally be on chassis) In 2nd photo the links are Traxxas Emaxx, the spur gear is Schumacher part not sure about the plastic bit its attached to, but the drive shafts attached to it are Traxxas.

The dogbones look Tamiya.

Thanks guys, I had no idea what the where the bits originate from.

That gives me a much better steer.

I'll have some more bits to test your general knowledge on soon!
