Hey bud, just a thought, but it was the modified class drag cars of the 60's had a shortened wheelbase. They moved the rear wheels forward for better weight transfer. Just an idea, if ya wanted to use that body and stay "period correct".

I have other chassis ideas percolating for this body. I thought this would be a quick 'n dirty way to cover up the Frog, but it's not, so I'll look for something else. Baja bug of some sort, probably. And turn the Willys into another project in a little while (as if I need another!).

I have thought about this big time over the last little while. I am for sure going to tackle a gasser project next winter.

You know if you cut off the first couple inches of the front end of the frog chassis and fixed a sort of straight axle with Bruiser leafs it just might work???

An RC gasser needs to act like a real gasser. Only good going down striaght lines.

No I can share its just that I have way too many projects to finish up before summer comes! lolololol When summer creeps in I creep out until the fall! That is what always happens to me I am in this for the long haul. This hobby lets me preserve my sanity during the fall, winter and spring. It is all about pacing yourself man! lololol

And by the way since I can`t afford a real Willys gasser (steel car) then a Willy gasser I will build!
