what is it? It arrived broken despite it meant to be in one piece. I was going to simply part it out as it ahd two sets of radio gear and guess what only one set goes. You win some you lose some. It came with some shocks also and not sure if they were meant to be on it and some has put what looks like Kyosho Gold shocks on. Any help and point to a manual would be appreciated. se this as i could not load pics here for some reason

It's a schumacher cat from the 1980s. If you didn't pay a lot for it then you won on this one. It was the car to beat in the late 80s. The silver shocks are original CAT shocks, so if they work put them on and sell on the Kyoshos.

Definitely a Schumacher Cat, although the finned section atop the rear gearbox had me baffled for a bit. Theres a manual here..

Schumacher could have learned a lot from Tamiya on manual layout and clarity :(

Quite often guys added aftermarket, or even homemade heatsinks between the plates to assist with motor heat dispersion, mine also came with a heatsink, although different to this one.A great car, give it a good ole resto and it will come up a treat

nice car ! ,its a variant of the car that Masami Hirosaka drove to win the 1987 world champs , great car , if its SWB then they are a handful on lower grip surfaces but the LWB is really nice car that works on any surface, enjoy :)
