The front and rear carbon damper stays for the DT-02 chassis are now available from Tamiya.

They are said to have been successfully tested in the Tamiya Euro-Fightercup. Their price is fine (around 14 €), so I may get a pair of them by myself for my Mad Viper project or one of my other DT-02 cars. Or not, as they seem to be very exposed in crashes and rollovers?

However, I wonder about the front damper's angle. Is this just a visual issue, or may this affect the front suspension performance? Although you may be able to use the outer lower arm holes along with adjustable upper arms instead of the wide fixed camber plastic upper arms.

I've had a set for a few weeks now - i'd intended using them on the Violet Racer but as yet its sat in its box. I like the fact the top of the dampers is moved outboard so they become more upright. The cross brace has to be a bonus given the number of tower failures we see on this forum.
