volksrod68 6 Posted October 13, 2002 How do you attach the custom links to the axles/gearboxes? Im going to fasten the ball joints to the top of the gearboxes where the bumper would fasten, but where do the bottom links mount? any advice appreciated Cheers Joe
aconsola(2) 0 Posted October 13, 2002 try this link: http://www.thundertechracing.com/axelbrc.htm it shows an aftermarket axle brace for the clod, but is a good refrence for where to mount the links on a standard 4-link setup. The upper hole is already there, it is used to mount the stock metal gearbox brace to the axle tube. The bottom hole needs to be drilled at approximately the same distance from the axle as the upper hole. -Anthony
