Wow! Just thought I'd give a shout out to the eBay seller in the above link melianw! My tyres arrived this morning in record time! They are super soft and almost sticky inside, may need gluing to the wheels but seem great. Thanks for that link Percymon :)

I noticed the softness/stickiness - not the kind of tyres I'd like to run on tarmac.

The DT-02 just needs more weight toward the front now; I've noticed that when the back end bounces off the ground and shifts the weight to the front wheels whilst cornering, the car's turn-in is significantly increased.

Would these fit the front end on a Blitzer by any chance ? Being looking for a decent narrow buggy size front wheel for a while to go with the Buggy Champ body / Blitzer combo I built last year .

Don't know if these tyres would fit straight onto the blitzer wheels as I don't have any to compare bromvw. It might be possible to stretch them onto the super gripper front wheels that came with the TL01B Baja King but it would probably change their profile and make them more square edged.

Here's the Losi tyres fitted on a Violet Racer DT02 front wheel (same size as HB2010 etc)

This shot shows them compared to the front wheels of the TL01B super grippers and the Carson 2wd set, as well as the standard blade tyres found on the VR, HB2010 etc

They look a little wider than the standard and Carsons but not as wide as the TL super grippers.

If you just want something a bit beefier than the usual narrow look it could work well.

Cheers . I think i'll try HB2010 rims and tyres and my proline sand slingers on the rear ( this is my beach runner ) 550 20t gives it grunt but is less insane than the 9t brushless i had in it last . That's way its having a rebuild lol
