Would rather the XV01 version, have contemplated, but cant justify excuse to Mrs

That the belt drive chassis version ? I did look at it but as soon as a read it had used a belt I quickly scratched that off my list ... hate belts they wear to fast and always need changing or upkeep all the time.... I like full drive shaft much more reliable.

I wouldnt rule the xv out completely as a future purchase if you love rally,

I see on various other forums it has a bit of a following already and is the current flavour. But interested to see your thoughts on this new tt02 chassis and looking forwad to pics when you build/run it :)

I just hate belt cars I had a few and they all did the same belts wear fast and are problematic.... no way as reliable as a shaft drive system..... hence no more belt drives for me! if I was to enter a 24 hour race with a team belt drive would be my last choice!

WOW!!

Got it today that was SUPER FAST!!!

Kit looks good just don't like the plastic prop shaft and that they don't give you foam tire inserts you have to buy them as a option part???? COME ON TAMIYA THIS IS STUPID!

looked at the chassis this is heavy in a good way it's strong as heck way better than the flimsy TT01 I used to own... Tamiya in a video spoke about how much stronger the new chassis was and they where correct,.
